Pre-Existing Materials: We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering our services. These may be reused across multiple client projects.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to use project work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.
We respect the confidential nature of your business information. Any proprietary information shared with us during the course of our engagement will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
